The 2024 South American Cup, which commences this Tuesday, promises significant prizes and thrilling matches.The champion could win more than R$40 million ($8 million) for participating in all rounds, with the final offering around R$25 million ($5 million).Conmebol awarded over R$409 million ($82 million) last season, with LDU from Ecuador taking home R$40 million ($9 million).Fortaleza, the runner-up, earned R$10 million ($2 million).

The competition’s quality is rising.“This edition includes many Copa Libertadores champions.
